In 2002 , the Telegraph was the best selling British daily, with an average circulation of 920,000 copies. Should compare this figure with the 620,000 of the Times , the 230,000 of the Independent and the 400,000 of the Guardian .

The British newspaper pioneered in offering a digital edition of newspaper, was in 1994. There is also an Australian publication of the same name. Related to the Conservative Party (Tories), popularly known com “The Torygraph”.
